You're so pretty the way you are...

I did it! I actually scrapped! I got all my pages done for RVK and the project. YIPEE! You wanna see? Well that's ok if you don't but I'm gonna show them anyway lol!

I'm gonna post the rest of the book on flickr but gotta show u this back page...Its the love Elsie package and I glued it to the back. Now it is a dry erase board! Hehehe I have to say one of the coolest ideas I have come up with yet.

Since this is my garden journal it comes in handy to have the grid, that way i can plan out my next garden.

Oh and on the fabric I stitched these lil daisies. My mom use to do embroidery all the time and these were one of the things I admired. I had to find the stitch for them online.

They are super simple. Here is the link.

BTW you still have time to win the rak. Make sure you leave me a comment on the post below this one. I'll be picking a winner soon!

hi marie,

i saw the peekies to your rvkc goodies & immediately came over to see it all. i must say this is the 1st time i've been to your blog & gosh you make some amazing stuff! your rv pages are sooo pretty & cool...and that garden journal, well WOW!! i cant believe you thought to use the love elsie packaging to make a dry erase board. that is sooooo genius!! what a wonderful & clever idea. very impressive!!

anyway read a little more on your blog to read about your surgery...i hope you feel much much better soon. that is frustrating. i completely understand health issues unfortunately...they bite big time. cause of mine i had to stop getting rv kits a bit ago & honestly i havent been well enough to scrap in months anyway. so i just wanted you to know i can understand how much of a hard time youre having...and i hope you get much better very soon. you'll be in my thoughts!! =)

Hi Marie,

My sister told me I had to check out your stuff from the Red Velvet Kit. And I'm very much impressed! I cannot believe you used packaging to create that dry erase board. That's pretty darn smart! And your pages are just incredible too. You are quite the artist! :)
