Now on to the message at hand. I am sharing a little kick in the pants with you today. I am a part of the scrapjacked dt and we have Jacked Tina A! Her creations are wonderful and I was truly inspired.

This is totally not my style. But I love it! It came together pretty quickly and I used a lot of old pics for these. Pictures that I may not have scrapped because the light was bad and the pics weren't great.

This life is more than ordinary

This is my take. I used some old school sass. I love sass and figured I better start using it up before it gets to old and I give it away. What is the point in spending so much money on these products never to use them?!?! I am trying to use it all up. I have a lot so it will take me awhile. Ok on to real life. *wink*


Ah mothers day. The one day out of the year just for us. My mom wasnt able to make it so it was just my little family. We had a rather nice time. I got lots of homemade cards and gifts. Kids swam and I organized my crafty cottage.

The husband made a wicked awesome bbq. I mean tasty. Just look at these pics!

They really dont do it justice. So good.

My son Aeden felt left out because I wouldnt let him have a kabob unless he ate everything on it. Of course all he wanted was the chicken...So he made his own. Silly boy.

And lastly we had apple pie and ice cream. YUMMY!

When she was just a girl, she expected the world

Busy busy life. Not really mostly work. That's not fun. Took Raven to get more fillings today. She enjoyed that...Not! Then came home and decided another blog post was in order. I have been wanting to share this page for a while. It is for the new creative type prompt. I love how it turned out. My daughter is so photogenic. We were at the park being silly, you know the usual. I told her to hold this button up to her mouth so I could take a pic. She obliged. I love that she is game. Anyway I found this magazine add on pinterest. It was a Starbucks add. LOVED it and knew it would be perfect for this challenge.

In other news the hubs and I have seen a few movies. Us on our date night.

This night we seen the lady in black. I liked it! Pretty good flick. The other night we saw project X. Wasn't really impressed with it. It was ok.

I have lots more creations to share and cant wait.

The dear Lizzy line really inspired me to make stuff...Oh and I have been playing with lots of new hambly! Come back soon!

Who needs a kick In the pants!? I know all my scrapping buddies are dragging butt. Come on girls get back in the game! You need that push to jump start your mojo? Well then get on over to the creative type. We have challenges for you and great inspo. Here is what I came up with.

This is my celeb crush. No not in that way. But I adore Bettie page. Simple put. She is awesome. She rocked it when it wasn't cool or kosh. She was outside the box. Strong. Beautiful. Wicked cool. I want to be all those things. This is why she is my crush.

What has been your cha favs? Mine has to be hambly, Heidi swapp, crate paper & basic grey. Haven't been a huge fan of basic but I'm liking some of the stuff. Can't wait to play with hambly and cp. I am super excited about HS. She is a talented lady and her new line is freaking wicked!

I seem to have lost some projects that I was suppose to share. How does one do that you may ask? I have no clue. But I did. If it can be done I will do it! LOL!

Super jealous of all the cha goodness I see on my newsfeed. But I am totally enjoying my 2 days off. I look around my house and see SO much that needs to be done. How does one do it with no time? I desperately need to learn how to organize and stay organized. Hmph.

Your face to face with the man who sold the world

Hello everyone! I have some really happy news. I HAVE A JOB! Yay! It has finally happened and let me tell you not a moment to soon. It is a bit of a drive, the hours suck, and the days off are even more sucky, but it is a job! I am thankful, grateful, and everything else in between.

Of course that should tell you why the lack of posts. Not only the job but the fact that my laptop is no longer in working order doesn't help. I have to use my husbands desktop and me no likey! He is usually on it or my 16 year old. I hate the way I have to edit photos on it. I just cant seem to get them to look right anymore. Grrr! But hey I have a job! LOL! That means maybe soon I will have the money to get my laptop fixed...or better yet a iPad! Hahahaha! Yeah I wont hold my breath for that.

Anyway I have a little Christmas page to share with you. This is for Creative Type. You really need to go play along.

It is of me and the hubby. He truly is the best gift. He loves me so very much and I couldn't ask for a more loving and devoted husband. Lucky I am!

Old friend why are you so shy

Hey bloggity peeps just a quick blog post to let ya all know the Creative Type is up. Of course I wanted to share my take on this very fun prompt.
I played with the new Crate Paper Random. Love it! I also found this fun chevron patter on pinterest. I know the end all be all of inspiration.

When I went to BBF Ashley's house Kristi and I took these pics with the tiny rub on mustaches from GCD. I need something pop culture and these to me scream it.

We had a really fun time taking pictures with her instax (smaller version of a polaroid) even more pop culture. This whole layout screams pop culture. I really want to do a zombie layout. I think that will be my next project.

My bad habit is shopping...Shopping for scrapbooking supplies honestly. I had to turn it into something good.
