Peace on earth...

Well sat was Raven's Bday party. It was High School Musical and a Bratz cake lol! She wanted a Nintendo DS Lite. Well we got her one. I convinced her that I was buying her 40 dollar store presents and putting them in a big box. She kept saying "are you serious?" "Why would you get me dollar store presents?" I said hey they are good toys. She tried to convince me they break. Ronnie went out and bought like tape and toothpaste and a brush and lip balm from the dollar store and I wrapped the DS and put it in the bottom of the box and put a dollar tree bag over it. Then I put the dollar tree presents on top so when she opened it she would see them first. It was so funny. Her face when she got to the Nintendo was priceless!

Oh man it was great. Let me tell you I love this system. I'm a video game nerd anyway but I love this. Zelda came with the system and then his aunt bought her animal crossing and snood. So fun. I get to play it while she is at school hehehe!

I have a page sitting on my desk calling my name but I have yet to finish it. It was almost there but I had to prepare for the scores of pre-teens that were coming and staying the night...So there it sits. Oh and my cats knocked it off my desk about 5 times so now its missing letters! Grrr! It was going to be for the OLW challenge but for some reason I never finish that one on time! Blah! I did finish the scrapjacked one...Oh must post that.

I don't know if i like it or not...Hmm. Sorry for the glare but its dark outside. I think that's it. Oh one more thing about challenges..I got another fav on All About Eve! Awesome! :)

Trying to get my kids to stay on the nice list and not on the naughty list. Sheesh! They aren't bad kids just kids. They can be naughty sometimes. We watched Holiday in Handcuffs last night. That was cute. I remember when I use to watch Clarissa Explains It All..Remember that show? Another great one and my all time fav nick show was Pete & Pete. That show was sooo funny and cute.

Anyway I think that's all for now.

I watched Holiday in Handcuffs too! It was such a cute movie! It's on again tomorrow night...I'll definitely be watching it. I wish I was at home so that I could DVR it. I think it's so cool how you did your daughter's B-day gift. Too cute! I bought my husband the new Zelda game for Christmas for his DS. I can't wait until he comes home so that I can have a go at it! Tee hee! ;0)

That is a hilarious idea! I adore that dollar tree theme. I have something similar I am preparing for my sister for Christmas this year. Raven looks so happy in that picture. Priceless!

I loved watching Clarissa Explains It All. Such wonderful memories.
